Under the CSPND BB of IAES an “International Club of Seismologists” (ICS) is founded with the purpose to:
Elaborate a "Universal Method of Short-term Prediction of Natural Disasters" which can become the greatest contribution to provide the
safe-living of people from natural catastrophes;
By the help of the method of the scientific forecasting, designed in IAES, to make the calculations of the place, time and power of the
future natural disasters for 102 countries of the world, in order to reduce the seismic risk for population of these countries.
Unite the scientist of all countries, residing in seismically active zones in order to solve this problem;
The members of the International club of seismologists will have determined advantages at reception of information on future natural
disasters;
A member of ICS can be countries, organizations, companies and all interested persons who is not indifferent in safety of lives of the
people;
Information on future natural disasters will appear in a following manner:
- Daily with an indication of the place (the coordinates of the latitude and longitude of the epicenter of the future disaster), time
(the year, day, month) and power (magnitude);
- Monthly- for each day of the month;
- Annually - for all days of the year.
after each month a checking of the accuracy of the forecast will be organized and a comparative table for passed month will be published on
the site.При ЦНППК БО МАНЭБ создан «Международный клуб сейсмологов» (МКС) целью которого является:
- разработать «Универсальный метод краткосрочного прогноза природных катастроф», который может стать величайшим вкладом в обеспечение безопасности жизни людей от природных катастроф;
- По методу научного прогнозирования, разработанного в МАНЭБ, производить расчеты места, времени и силы будущих природных катастроф для 102 стран мира, с целью уменьшения сейсмического риска для населения этих стран.
- объединить ученых всех стран, находящихся в сейсмоактивных зонах для решения этой проблемы;
- члены Международного клуба сейсмологов будут иметь определенные преимущест-ва при получении информации о будущих природных катастрофах;
- членами МКС могут быть страны, организации, фирмы и все желающие кому не безразлична безопасность жизни людей;
- информация о будущих природных катастрофах будет выдаваться в следующем виде:
- Ежедневно с указанием места (координаты широты и долготы эпицентра будущего катаклизма) . времени ( год, день , месяц) и силы (магнитуды);
- Ежемесячно- на каждый день месяца;
- Ежегодно – на все дни года.
- после каждого месяца будет проведена проверка точности прогноза и публиковаться сравнительная таблица за прошедший месяц.
