"Millennium Earthquake Prediction"
The project "Millennium Earthquake Prediction" is a global earthquakes prediction: Place, Time and Power, for all planet (102 countries) for 2008-2012y. These tables are given to be able to check out the calculated parameters after month, year, 5 years, up to 2012, and later up to millennium. At the end of each month will be given comparative analysis.
The scientific earthquake prediction for unlimited time forward exists, about it says our tables.
It is necessary to develop the possibilities of warning and to ensure safety of people in any country.

A “Centre of Scientific Prediction of Natural Disasters” is established attached to the Belgian Branch of IAES where
a unique method
of scientific prediction (calculation) of place, date and power of future earthquakes, tsunami, typhoons, hurricanes, volcanoes and
floods has been elaborated and which has been presented to the Nobel Prize Committee.
The practical researches leaded by us within last 12 years 1995 - 2008, tested in more than 30 counries of the world
and together with scientists-seismologiest of many countries showed the actual possibility of scientific forecasting of natural
disasters and by that, the safety of the life of people considering the aforesaid.
In our site we give the predictions of earthquakes(and other disasters) from November 2007 for 102 coutries monthly(daily) and by countries,
with the indication of:
Place(Longitude, Latitude), Time(Month, Day) and Force(Magnitude)of the future natural cataclysms.
Taking into consideration while making the calculations we use averaged physical-mechanical and seismic-tectonic data taken from scientific
literature, as well as taking into account the fact that between the influence of "trigger mechanism" and beginning of the catastrophe must pass
the certain period of time named "lull", which depends on linear sizes and volume of tectonic blocks of a given region, accuracy of presented
calculations will be:
- power-magnitude – from 0,1 to 1,0;
- place - latitude and longitude - from 0,1 to 1,0 degrees;
- time - from 5 hours up to 72 hours that is to say from 1,0 days up to 3,0 days.

Everyone will have the possibility to check up correctnes and accuracy of the given information in the site and to make sure,
that scietific forecasting of natural disasters (EARTHQUAKES, THE TSUNAMI, TYPHOONS, HURRICANES, VOLCANOS AND FLOODING)
is possible and to protect safety of the life of people from the future natural disasters on our planet is possible,
having solved two problems:
I. THE SHORT-TERM FORECAST OF EARTHQUAKES AND OTHER NATURAL ACCIDENTS.

Since the tragic earthquake happened on the island of Sakhalin in 1995 when the city of Neftegorsk had been entirely destroyed, and
about which the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation had been informed and warned for three months before
(see "Komsomolskaya Pravda" from 06.06.1995y. (Russia) and "Syukan Sincho" from 07.07.1995y. (Japan)), by the help of this method
more than 26000 natural disasters were forecasted, which have occurred on our planet during 1995-2007.
In last 10 years the information about the future natural disasters have been passed to more than 60 countries of the world, including
the tsunami in Indonesia (the Island of Sumatra, December 26, 2004), when about 300 000 people died and the typhoon in New-Orleans (USA)
about which the United States had been informed 3 months before the tragedy.
All the countries listed in the table may receive the parameters of all future disasters one year beforehand (and for any time beforehand)
the event by the help of the Belgian Branch of the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology and Vital Activity Associated with the Department
of Information and Publication of the UN.
Will help to open branches in any country which may wish so.
The responsibilities of the branches of CSPND BB OF IAES include the fortification of scientific
relationships between BB OF IAES and scientists and organizations of the given country, as well as using information about the predictions
to promote provision to safety and vital activity of the people of that country.
All the branches have right to work with other countries using the information of the BB OF IAES
All legal questions between BB OF IAES and its branches are supported by legal agreements.
The representatives of the branches have right to change the tariff rates after co-ordination the question with BB OF IAES
The registered representatives of BB OF IAES may get additional information in order to expand their own possibilities.
The owners of information published on the site have right to order it at own discretion: to pass it to the Governments of their countries
and all organizations interested in the safe-living of the people of the country.

prediction a pinpoint accuracy of short-term forecasts, up to hours can be provided.
